Delivery Time:
Remember that all of our items are made to your specifics, so they do take time to process. Once an order is received, depending on the product, it should ship within 3-5 days. There are some exceptions to this rule, I will contact you if there will be a delay in your order.
Please allow 4 - 5 days for your items to arrive once they have been shipped. All items are shipped USPS Priority Mail, however we cannot guarantee postal delivery times. Overnight shipping is available at a higher fee, please contact us if this is a desired shipping option.
Refunds/Exchanges:
If you have any questions regarding a product, please feel free to contact me prior to placing your order.
Since ALL items are custom made to your specifications, we do not allow for refunds or exchanges. HOWEVER, if there is an error on our part with the final product, please notify us and we will help correct the situation.
